Lessons: Collaborate to survive. Share knowledge, learn together, grew together. Never give up. Failed toughest exam six times, passed the seventh (last opportunity before I would be fired).
Freelancing is tough at the beginning
Lessons: Let go of money that clients don't pay (after paying for 4-5 months). Communication with clients so we are always on the same page.
Outsourced - doing the right thing might lead to disaster
Lessons: If you deliver a high quality product, management team could still be outraged. Why? Because of not enough communication on my side and lack of cooperation and communication in the whole team (multiple locations).
Switzerland - a fun place to be in - until you are fired
Lessons: Getting fired after 4+ years working with a company hurts, even if you expect it. If you feel unmotivated, frustrated: ACT! Do everything to improve the situation. Or do it the hard way and get yourself fired! Your choice!
Pathfinding and depression
Lessons: Sleeping 12 hours a day and going through weeks of depression. Don’t follow anybody’s dream but yours! Conducting one coaching hour with a client I’ve learned 100x more than watching dozens of videos. Get out of your comfort zone and do the real thing. Keep the hope, meditate daily. Bad times pass! You can get out of any situation if you work on it. One step at a time.
New reality - true entrepreneur
Lessons: If you don’t accept reality and beliefs as is, you can disturb the fabrics of reality. Publishing one video / week, immersing in ice cold water, eat a plant-based diet (perfect blood results), dance like crazy in a club after drinking only water.
